Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI PM ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms are governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder.

2. Use License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations of India
• Transmit obscene, offensive, or defamatory content
• Use the Service for unauthorized access to computer systems
• Engage in any form of harassment or abuse
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code
• Violate intellectual property rights

3. India Compliance & Data Localization

In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011:

• All user data is stored on servers located within India
• We maintain data protection standards as per RBI guidelines
• Sensitive personal information is encrypted and secured
• Users have the right to request data deletion in compliance with applicable laws
• We comply with MEITY (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology) standards

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
• Ensuring use of Service complies with all applicable Indian laws
• Not transmitting malware or harmful code
• Respecting the intellectual property rights of others

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, AI PM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. AI PM disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend user access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in illegal activities
• You violate any applicable Indian laws
• We determine the use is harmful to our systems or other users

8. Grievance Redressal (IT Act Compliance)

As per the Information Technology Act, 2000, we have appointed a Grievance Officer. For any grievances, please contact us within 30 days of the incident:

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India for any disputes arising from these Terms.

10. Amendment of Terms

AI PM reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Indian law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
